The rules in plain words
Photo
- Size: 300 × 300 pixels (width × height). The file must be smaller than 100 KB.
- Use a recent photo, taken with a camera or a phone, or scanned from a good-quality print.
- The photo must be in colour. Black-and-white or grey photos aren't accepted, and neither are photos that are blurred, too light or too dark, taken too close or too far away, covered, or not cropped.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
- In sunlight, keep the sun behind you or stand in the shade, so you don't squint and there are no harsh shadows.
- If you use a flash, make sure your eyes don't look red.
- Glasses are fine if there's no glare on them and your eyes are clearly visible. Hats and dark glasses aren't allowed. Religious headwear is allowed if it doesn't cover your face.
Signature
- Sign on white paper with a black ink pen.
- Only you may sign it, not anyone else.
- Size: 300 × 80 pixels (width × height). The file must be 60 KB or smaller.
- Your signature is checked: the one on your admit card is compared with the attendance sheet, and elsewhere when needed.
Uploading
- The form has two separate upload links, one for the photo and one for the signature.
- Click a link, choose Browse, go to where you saved the file, select it, then click Open or Upload.
- After you register, print your application form or save it as a PDF.

Tips for a photo that passes
- Use a recent photo, taken in even daylight, looking straight at the camera.
- Stand in front of a plain wall, with no patterns or other people behind you.
- Don't use filters, beauty modes or stickers.
- Hold the phone at face height, about an arm's length away.
- Check your job circular for the background colour and anything else it asks for.
Tips for a clean signature
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen.
- Sign a little larger than usual: it is made smaller later and stays clear.
- Take the photo in good light, from straight above, without your shadow on the paper.
- Leave some space around the signature, away from the paper's edges.
Why the exact size matters
Online application forms check each file before they accept it. A photo that is the wrong size, or over the KB limit, can be refused, often with no clear reason.
ChobiKit makes the photo exactly 300x300 pixels, keeps the file under 100 KB, and shows a checklist of every rule before you download, so the upload works the first time.
Frequently asked questions
What size does this page make the photo?
300x300 pixels, with the file at most 100 KB. Always check the size in your job circular, because it can change.
What size does this page make the signature?
300x80 pixels, with the file at most 60 KB.
Is my face centred automatically?
Yes. The tool finds your face and places the crop box around it. You can move or resize the box before you make the photo.
What if my photo is bigger than 100 KB?
That's fine. The tool makes the file small enough to fit the limit, and a checklist shows every rule passing before you download.
How should I photograph my signature?
Sign in dark ink on plain white paper and take a photo of it in good light. The tool removes the paper's shadow, cleans it to black ink on white and fits it to 300x80 pixels.
Can I use my phone camera?
Yes. Tap Take a photo, or choose a photo you already have.
Are my photo and signature uploaded?
No. They are processed in your browser and never sent to a server.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no watermark.
