The rules in plain words
Photo
- Size: 300 × 300 pixels (width × height). The file must be smaller than 100 KB.
- Use a recent photo, taken with a camera or a phone, or scanned from a good-quality print.
- The photo must be in colour. Black-and-white or grey photos aren't accepted, and neither are photos that are blurred, too light or too dark, taken too close or too far away, covered, or not cropped.
- Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
- In sunlight, keep the sun behind you or stand in the shade, so you don't squint and there are no harsh shadows.
- If you use a flash, make sure your eyes don't look red.
- Glasses are fine if there's no glare on them and your eyes are clearly visible. Hats and dark glasses aren't allowed. Religious headwear is allowed if it doesn't cover your face.
Signature
- Sign on white paper with a black ink pen.
- Only you may sign it, not anyone else.
- Size: 300 × 80 pixels (width × height). The file must be 60 KB or smaller.
- Your signature is checked: the one on your admit card is compared with the attendance sheet, and elsewhere when needed.
Uploading
- The form has two separate upload links, one for the photo and one for the signature.
- Click a link, choose Browse, go to where you saved the file, select it, then click Open or Upload.
- After you register, print your application form or save it as a PDF.

From paper to a 300x80 file
- Sign with a black or dark blue pen on plain white paper.
- Photograph it from straight above, in daylight, so the signature fills most of the photo.
- Choose the photo here: shadows are evened out, the ink is kept and the paper turns white, the signature is cropped and sized to 300x80 pixels, and the file stays under 60 KB.
Where 300x80 is asked for
Bangladesh government job applications ask for a signature of 300x80 pixels, at most 60 KB, beside a photo of their own size. University admission forms in Bangladesh ask for a signature of the same pixel size with their own KB limit: use the admission page for those. The photo for the same form is made on the government job page.
Signature tips
- Sign a little larger than usual: a small signature photographed far away loses its fine strokes.
- Avoid lined or squared paper; the lines can be taken for ink.
- Keep your hand and the phone's shadow off the paper.
- Check the result on the stage before you download: the checklist shows the size and the KB.
Frequently asked questions
How do I resize my signature to 300x80 (signature resize kivabe korbo)?
Photograph your signature on white paper and choose the photo here. The tool cleans it, crops it to the ink and makes a 300x80 pixel JPG under 60 KB. Then download it.
What size is a signature for a government job in Bangladesh?
300x80 pixels, at most 60 KB. This page is already set to that size and limit.
My form asks for a signature of 10 to 20 KB. What do I do?
Make the 300x80 signature here, then compress it to 20 KB. A clean signature on white is small, so it reaches that size easily.
Do I need a scanner?
No. A phone photo in daylight is enough: the tool removes shadows and the paper's grey.
Can I make the photo for the same form here?
Yes: switch the stage to Photo. It makes the photo at the size and KB limit the same form asks for.
Is my signature uploaded?
No. It is cleaned and resized in your browser and never sent to a server. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
