The Victory Day frame
It is the flag's green around a round window for your photo, a white and red ring, red circles in the top corners, and a red ribbon with "Victory Day, 16 December" under it. The picture is saved square, the shape profile pictures and posts use, as a JPG sharp enough for any of them.
Victory Day on your profile
On 16 December people change their profile pictures to honour the day. Put yours in this frame and share the link so friends and family can do the same.
