Why turn JPGs into a PDF
- Many forms and offices want one PDF, not a pile of photos.
- A document photographed page by page reads in order as one file.
- One attachment is easier to send by email or chat than ten.
Getting sharp pages from phone photos
- Lay the page flat in daylight and hold the phone straight above it.
- Crop away the table around the page first, so the paper fills the PDF page.
- Choose A4 if the PDF will be printed: each photo is fitted to the paper and centred.
- Check the order in the list before you press Make PDF.
JPG and JPEG
They are two names for one format: some phones and cameras end file names in .jpg, others in .jpeg. Both work here, together in one PDF. Each photo is saved at high quality, and its hidden data, such as where it was taken, is left out.
Frequently asked questions
How do I convert JPG to PDF?
Choose your JPG photos, put them in order, pick the page size and press Make PDF. Then download the PDF.
Can I put several JPG files in one PDF?
Yes, up to 20, one per page, in the order shown. Use the arrows under each page to move it earlier or later, or Add images for more.
Can I convert JPEG to PDF too?
Yes. JPEG is the same format as JPG, so .jpeg files work here just the same, mixed with .jpg ones if you like.
Will my photos be squashed to fit A4?
No. Each photo keeps its shape: it is made as large as fits inside the margins and centred, with white around it. Auto turns the page sideways for a wide photo.
Can I make the PDF smaller?
Yes: compress the JPGs first, for example to 200 KB each, then make the PDF. Fewer and smaller photos make a smaller file.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The PDF is made in your browser, on your phone or computer, and your images are never sent to a server. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
