Pictures saved from the web

Websites send most pictures as WebP, so an image you save from a browser often ends in .webp. Many printers, office programs and upload forms still don't open WebP; a PDF opens everywhere.

What a WebP PDF is good for

  • Product photos or recipes saved from websites, kept as one file.
  • Pictures from a web gallery, printed on A4 or Letter.
  • WebP stickers and graphics shared as a document.
  • Screenshots of a web page saved as WebP, kept with the rest of a report.

Tips for WebP pages

  • Saved web pictures are often small; choose Image as the page size so they aren't stretched over a whole sheet.
  • Animated WebP files give their first frame.
  • Mix WebP with JPG and PNG freely: each image becomes one page.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert WebP to PDF?

Choose your WebP files, put them in order, pick the page size and press Make PDF. Then download the PDF.

Can I put several WebP files in one PDF?

Yes, up to 20, one per page, in the order shown. Use the arrows under each page to move it earlier or later, or Add images for more.

Why can't I open WebP files on my computer or printer?

WebP is a newer web format, and some older programs and printers don't know it. As a PDF, the same picture opens in any PDF reader and prints anywhere.

What about animated WebP?

Only the first frame goes into the PDF, as a still picture.

Can I convert WebP to JPG instead?

Yes, with the image converter, if you need picture files rather than one PDF.

Are my images uploaded?

No. The PDF is made in your browser, on your phone or computer, and your images are never sent to a server. It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.

Ready when you are

Free, with no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded.
